Great job at the track workout!!

Wow! What a FUN track workout! Great job to everyone that attended! Your dedication and positive attitudes are so amazing!!

You all should be SO proud of your efforts!! It's going to be so much fun comparing your times and the number of laps you were able to do at the end of the challenge and to see your improvements!

Remember - you're not there to compete with anyone else - just to have FUN and WORK HARD! The REAL fun comes when you see the improvement in yourself every week!

A couple of Program Notes:

***** Find us on Facebook at Naples Weight Loss Challenge. We'll be putting lots of updates and info there

***** It's not too late to sign up! We still have plenty of fun ahead and a lot of time for results. Bring your friends and get $5.00 back at the end when they sign up!

***** Bring your food journal to the workout on Saturday to turn into us. We want you to be held accountable for writing down what you eat. There will be a prize at the end for the person who turns in their food
journal every week. Use what works for YOU as a journal. Some people like to write in pretty notebooks, some people like to use an excel spreadsheet and there are many online programs. My personal favorite
is www.myfitnesspal.com. If you would like for us to email you one, let us know!

We are so happy to have you and look forward to seeing you on Saturday at the boot camp and/or NCH!

P.S. Next week since there will be a substitute trainer, you will be given a blank slip of paper and at the end of the workout you will simply write your name, the number of laps you did and your time of your speed lap. (My head is still spinning from trying to do 9 things at once!) haha!
